I almost went for a walk yesterday BUT my brain talked me out of it - twice. I am embarrassed to say I fell asleep at my desk for my lunch break.
Maybe today will be the day I actually walk down the hallway to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes instead of feeling drowsy fighting the urge to go home sick and take a nap in my own bed.
As I am typing this I realized... music... headphones... these are two of my buddies who will totally go for a walk with me. Wishing myself luck here to break my exercise block.
