We had a late appointment at the oncologist's office today out of town and then had to locate some N95 masks and get some fresh fruit and vegetables. We ended up having to eat at a drive through as we were going to get home at almost dark and I can't wait that long to eat with my diabetes. I managed to stay within my usual calorie and carb range but at the high end for carbs. With the high sodium level I expect that I might retain water and gain weight. It is only one day and these things will happen. Tomorrow is another day.
