did a nice 5 mile run today, I needed it, I'm feeling a little eh. sitting here with a nice warm mug of coffee, if only we could post pics in the app!

Thank you, Tim!! I will for sure be re-reading this a lot between now and Monday, and probably even more after that! ❤ I like the idea of doing sprints before hand that will for sure get everything warmed up!! I have to imagine I won't be the only one, this is a flat race, it's supposed to be great for getting PRs!!

Loved reading this ❤ The feeling of your second wind is amazing, euphoric. I just run on my treadmill adjusting incline from 100% to 0% randomly. I definitely say out loud "f*** yeah!" when I'm going fast and feel so powerful. Keep up the good work 👏

Ooo, thanks for clarifying Tim, that is a bit different haha. Ok, I will do some of those before hand!! I am getting pretty amped up 😁😁😁 gonna be 28 degrees!! 🥶🥶🥶

LOL JC, I love that! I say "f*** you" if the module I'm doing keeps my at an incline too long 🤣 But ya know, my SIL and I did a run today with some pretty serious hills and I was killing it baby 👊👊👊 Do you run on the treadmill often? For some reason I though you were a lifter (maybe you do both!) 😃

Asarver I love all your posts 😎 I was in cross country in high school but switched to more of a gym lifestyle in 2012. Was in the best shape of my life I'm 2015, then fell off the wagon and gained 30 lbs by 2020. Started working out and totally changed my (w my husband too) eating and drinking habits. Long answer to an easy question, I always do cardio of some kind and lift 3x a week. We need to share spotify profiles btw!

Aw shucks ☺ so you do gym and cardio! I wish I could get into lifting, but it's so hard to get myself to go somewhere to do it. Running you can do anywhere though! I'm active, but only in a lazy way 😆 I'm so happy that you were able to get back on the wagon! And it's great that your husband is on board with the healthier eating, too! I would love to share Spotify profiles if I had one! 😆 I've been using Amazon prime but they're missing so many songs unless you give them even more money for the "music" membership 😣

I do cardio then lift 5 to 6 times a week, but the gym is close :) CrossFit helped with weight loss but now targeting specific muscle groups. So now I’m trying to get 3000 calories a day. Seeing some gains now but it’s hard to eat that much every day lol
