The burritos I made last night that I will be snacking on for meals until I run out and have to make something else. I added 6oz cream cheese and a cup of shredded Colby jack cheese (my favorite) to the hamburger/bean/rotel mix. The Tortilla is Carb Balance whole wheat and I wrapped these with frozen avocado chunks. *The tortillas are 18 carbs with 15 fiber = 3 Net Carbs =)
