I just did a 30 minute workout & a 10 minute one, both for beginners.. I did struggle.. I’m ashamed.. but glad I did it. Better than nothing.

Nothing to be ashamed about! Research HIITS. They last shorter than 30 minutes. But high impact! More affective.

no need to be ashamed. 2 years ago I started with a workout app at home. 15 minutes about killed me. but now I'm doing great. as Tamar said we all start somewhere. I had a very fit girl at the gym laugh at me when I took my hoodie off and had a wife beater under. that was humbling. 😂😂 baby steps. you got this.

Body builder told me years ago we don't grow at the gym. We tear down at the gym. We grow on the couch. 😁😁 Rest is good. Especially at my age.
