Knee pain these past few days... I'm gonna try bringing down my elliptical time and cutting out squats for a bit. Sitting still is a lot harder now. Hoping it's just an overuse injury 😬

Knee pain is not good. Squats are hard on the knees, particularly if they aren't done correctly. If you're interested, here's an article from the National Academy of Sports Medicine on the biomechanics of squats: https://blog.nasm.org/biomechanics-of-the-squat

Yeah I think it was a combination of slacking on form and overuse. It feels better to keep moving so I'm just cutting the squats out, hopefully adding. stretches too will help.

Stretching is definitely important. I think you're on the right track.
