When I'm busy at work I don't even think of food, but when it's slow and I'm bored I want to eat everything. AAAAHHHHH!!! I think I need to ask my boss for more work so I don't want to eat all of the candy in my candy jar. Luckily, I've been planning out and bringing my snacks, so string cheese for now. Cravings go away!!
