Lately I have been craving fish and I normally don't like fish. I know it means my body is trying to tell me I am missing something. Since I am trying to lose a good amount of weight in a short time I may take advantage of this craving and eat more fish with veggies and salads. Any ideas on kinds that aren't too fishy and ways to cook it that isn't fried unless I can in my air frier?

Salmon, haddock and cod are considered less fishy.
I broil all the fish with spices without any fat. 8-10 min under broiler for a 6 oz piece and it's done!
Including more fish in your diet is an excellent idea!
