Exercise: Not as good as should have been. Food: Longest fast 47.75 hrs; did okay during Thanksgiving, did not eat too much, but did eat too often. Snacked too much, but did not eat after 7:30p. (goal was 48 hr, not eating after 7p)
Goal for December…
Weight: 194 pounds
Exercise: walk everyday, weights 2 times a week, short workouts 4 times a week, karate Food: at least one 55 hour fast, no eating unless under 95
