The one thing I dislike about this time of year is that we have staff and parents bringing it n goodies. I am trying to stay away from the staff room but when I do go in, I don't have the will power to say no. I have enlisted a few coworkers to help me stay away from all the wonderful treats that are brought in. I am hopeful that my next weigh in will bring positive results
69.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I totally support your efforts.... I have the same problem at pot luck parties and decided to be proactive and bring treats (low carb) that I could enjoy and join in too.

There’s always some holiday or other in the works but the December/January season is the hardest!
