Only one training this week but I don't blame myself. I need to balance between a full-time job, my little troll, my studies, and my overall well-being.

@wifey, those green plates are for you, love!

A 400cal vegan shake with 30g of protein as post-workout.
Now that I eat gluten, dairy, industrial food, refined sugars, and alcohol-free, my skin and hair are better, and especially no more bloating. I focus on plant-based plus lean proteins and it works great.

Motivation does not work long term, consistency does. Stay strong, FS friends!
