2nd week of trying the intermittent fasting. I'm not real crazy about missing breakfast but I've been able to stick to the 12-8 eating schedule for the most part. Seems the biggest benefit so far is not eating after 8 PM. I do a lot of grazing between then and probably add at least 500 calories when I do.
