I'm 148 lbs but I am getting back in one or two pair of my jeans. I'm always reminded that muscle burns fat, as I was getting discouraged. Cycling anywhere from 60 to 100 km a week now, taking the hills like a pro. It's cooled down and now I feel sluggish again. Hope my thyroid isn't going to kick my butt again!
