I had a cheat meal last night - fried calamari, patatas bravas (fried potatos in an aoili), 1 glass of wine, & 1 large pear cider. But, my weight remained the same today. I did two Fitness Blender workouts today = 50 mins + post workout stretching. The videos were Cardio Kickboxing & low impact cardio. I was sweating like a man :)
