You can do this it takes a lot more of the carbs to hit the scales up.

Intermittent Fasting is not an extreme restriction diet. Actually, it’s not a diet at all. It’s a WOE worked into a specific lifestyle that I formulated specifically for me as a last ditch effort to finally lose weight. I knew I needed to exercise. I don’t on my own. So I realized I needed a job where I HAD to walk…a lot. I knew that I feel better when 2 things are happening: I don’t eat in the morning. I am clearer. I don’t eat carbs. I don’t feel drugged. My schedule permits all of these things to be aligned. My blood sugar is slowly stabilizing. I am losing weight. A CALORIE IS NO A CALORIE. NOT ALL CALORIES ARE EQUAL. Ways of eating are highly personal. What works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. Blanket nutritional statements made in ignorance or narrowmindedness are not helpful. There are lots of vulnerable people on this website that some of you could be hurting instead of helping. We are here to be supportive and share our personal experiences, not tell one another what to do or that what they are doing is wrong. Just saying…✌🏽

U do have to find a WOE that works for u & ur circumstances, concerns, etc...for me, CICO is the way🤙
