Been doing great but can't wait to be back in the gym. Hoping I wake up in the AM back to myself 100 percent. Walked and did Yoga for 1st time today. I think next time I will do the yoga 1st vs after walking I felt so stiff. lol!!! Having AU it seems to also cause early arthritis which for a 42 yr old is pretty crummy. baaaaahhhhh Anyways have a great night!!!

Hello Discipline,welcome to my world of silliness and fun. I have been seriously depressed for years so much so my children had to be adopted. But I am now 63 and I am contacting Adult social services in November, I had contacted through the Adopted Father, but that sadly stopped about 4 years ago, so now I am turning things around and going through the right channel to get them back.
