Fitness assessment shows BF at 14.3%, just 2% difference from the scale. Not bad at all! Flexibility and bicep strength need work...even though I've been doing bicep curls. Maybe I need to work on form?

I have a scale that allegedly measures it. Today's measurements were from calipers

Tenswall. Scale says 12.7%
