Had a great game of racquetball last night with Sam. Beat him 2 -1. Played this morning with James. Played hard beat him 4 - 0. Took a hard hit on my right elbow, going to be sore for the next few days. Planning a 20 mile trail run this Saturday. I'm starting to get back in the calorie counting routine. Already resisted urges to binge eat.
