This is a 1lb salad... Mostly greens, about 5oz of chicken. High volume, low calorie. not sure if that is good or not but that is what I did. ;)

i use to do the high volume thing, and it turned into almost a weird food addiction. I wanted all my meals high volume or they just didn't seem satisfying. I eventually just got away from doing it. it's not so bad when you're not dieting hard.
