Went easy on the elliptical today...the treadmill was not kind to me. Definitely too high-impact for my poor joints (and I'm 24, so that doesn't bode well 😅)

Absolutely. The Orange Theory class only had treadmills so I figured I'd try, but I think I'm done with them haha
