Good morning! Well it seems I’ve gained back the 1.4 pounds I lost yesterday. But I think it’s because I ate some heavily salted and roasted potatoes calories were good around 1300 although I did not go to the gym hopefully just temporary fluctuation.

Very likely. Somehow white carbs make me retain water too. Not sure why.
