The best part of my day was the scale, it said 132. Won't record it yet, has to be there more than one day. Ate ok. Stayed on track. Only 10 minutes using the hula hoop, still sore.

Frustrating day re: lots if different things. They will work out. Was good, wanted to run to the store to buy beer, drank water.

My weekend plans have been thwarted by my granddaughter. She was invited by the coach to play the end of the season on a girls competitive softball team, they are playing in the state tournaments this weekend, so far she has just played a couple games with that team. It's about 100 miles away. Will go. May stay the night, daughter has a motel room reserved, depends on if a neighbor will let my dogs out a few times. Maybe not much for exercise, watching ball games. Will be fun.
