Of course I plateau with 6 pounds to go…legs still a bit sore from Tuesday leg day so I have to imagine there’s some water retention going on here. Yesterday was a day off for recovery, back to upper body today. Stick with the plan!
80.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
