Feeling healthier today. Enjoying a paleo scramble. Holding strong. I'm looking forward to making it out of the 170s and getting my bmi under "obese". I'm so close!

I got to 170 a few days ago and am heading to 165 but am stuck in hospital now so can't weigh myself. hopefully out today
