Just found this site. I have already lost and kept off 120+ pounds for more than 20 years. I won't diet, but I will see what they have to offer. I have recently lost 8 pounds that I recently gained! I am at my current goal weight of 130, but it is fragile and I can easily gain. I don't see how I can eat as many calories as they suggest, but I'll see if they offer a meal plan that I can adjust.

The RDI's on here tend to be a little high. You might need to play around with it to see what helps you maintain your weight. Good luck!

Thank you Suzi161! I've always multiplied my current weight by 12 and then subtracted 200 (so I don't have to count as closely) to calculate how many calories I need to eat. If I want to LOSE weight, I then multiply my DESIRED weight by 12 and subtract 200. It has worked for many years. I'm glad to get some motivation to lose these very last 7 pounds by finding this site with such flexible advice. It doesn't promote any one diet; it seems to exist so that we can use it. Is that true? Have you found it to be helpful?
