Haven't spent much time (or any, really) studying for my CPT exam today and picked up a few veggies at the farmer's market instead. Now, I have to figure out what to do with 2 lbs of snow peas and more Napa cabbage than you can imagine!

I deliberately chose not to weigh myself today because I know I'm 100% on track with my food and activity goals. I might wait a couple more days to really see the results instead of a +/- 0.0 or 0.1 lb daily fluctuation. It feels like more of a happy surprise that way, if I wait 4-5 days to weigh myself.

I started out as a size 22 (American) back in the beginning of November, and wore my size 8 hot pink mini-skirt to the market today! Oh, how I love the power of veggies to transform!!

Time is quickly passing me by today, so it's treadmill time, folks. I'll try to get in at least 30 minutes of running before it's time to make dinner.
