2/10 th's of a pound down.... I'll take it ! I haven't been DOWN to this weight in 10 years so I'm seeing this as the success it is! I'm still so heavy that it's not noticeable but that's okay for now. I'm trending downward and that's GOOD.

That's a great attitude. I have a hard time staying motivated when even I don't see much difference. 95 lbs to go.
