Hey loves - got some protein powder for the first time today. From what I've read, it looks like it would be best to have a serving on my strength training days. I don't eat a ton of protein-rich food (other than eggs) so I figured it was worth a shot. We shall see!

I put my Muscle Milk Chocolate protein drink into my Nitro cold brew in the morning. My Bulletproof collagen protein powder won't dissolve in cold, so I use that when I have hot coffee or tea. Smoothies sound good, I don't have a blender that works.

I add it to a lot of things especially oats... took me a little bit to get used to it, but now I love it!

Okay. Whisked it with water and a banana and it actually tastes pretty good! Gonna freeze it overnight and slushie it tomorrow 🙏
