I took my measurements last Monday when I finally got serious about exercising. In one week, I have already dropped 1/2 inch off my waist, 1/2 inch off the widest part of my stomach, and 1/2 off my hips. :) It is probably just water weight, but I don't care. It feels good to see progress.
