I've been off-line for about 5 days. Windows 7 took my computer hostage. Everything is fine now...thank goodness for a daughter who is a software engineer. It would have been fixed sooner, but I tried to do it myself. When I finally asked my daughter, she snorted and asked if I had tried a "hard reboot." ( sarcastic daughter for sale...cheap. I haven't weighed in or kept a log, but I have been as diligent as I can. I'll weigh in tomorrow. I don't expect great results because I have been put back on prednisone, but I am not despairing or quitting. I am happy to be back with my Fat Secret family!
