Grocery shopping tomorrow. What are your "easy" meal prep favorites? I'm thinking something I could freeze or would last in the refrigerator for a few days so I could grab and go to study.

Chopped veggies. They can become a stir fry, pizza toppings, veggie tacos, pasta salad, etc.

Hard boiled eggs are good. I will often boil up 5 or 6 to have on hand in the fridge. Good protein. A large egg is about 75 cal. Another idea is yogourt or Skyr. Skyr is Icelandic yogourt and it is low fat. I like it with fruit and cheerios for breakfast but it can be an easy snack too.
