2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 04 Jun 14

One more day of massive antibiotics. Started early with the Probiotics to help out the good bacteria. I'm hoping the diverticulitis is cleared up because I want to get back to the gym. One thing about timing....they closed the gym for the week to perform maintenance so...that's good timing.

Next Monday I'm back in there. I don't care if I do half of what I was doing I'm going to show up and move some weights around.

Saturday...I'll have a beer because alcohol has also been off the menu along with the sun for over a week. Summer just isn't right without a beer...lawn chair and sunshine.
