Went to the gym and walked today and dead weight machines using my walker. Felt good to walk but now I am in such bad pain in my back I’ve had chronic back pain for about a year now but it’s weird it’s ugly head and become quite frankly intolerable at the same time that I have recovering from this knee replacement surgery which is not a good combination

/Sorry to read about all of the pain your having w/your surgery. Maybe a dbl shot of JD, or some CBD/Flower/VApe/Wax, etc., or edibles?! Also, you might want to get into some alternative medicine: Acupunture? My hubby swears by Acupuncture. Me, I use THC/CBD for pain. It's quick, ready-to-use, and it works for me. May God heal you and keep you healthy all ways...Amen.
