Blah day today. Not much going on today, just blah. I did eat a donut this morning. I chose a plain one with no icing or sugar on it, but it was still a naughty little orb of nasty goodness that I didn't need. Oh well, I've recorded it and I'm moving on. At least everything else should be good, and we have baseball tonight, so I will be out of the house away from any snacks.

I finally bought a knee brace today. My left knee has been bothering me more than the right, so I'm going to try to use it during my run today and see if it helps. If my left knee feels better and my right is hurting, then I guess I'll see about getting another one, but I'm hoping putting a brace on one knee will be good. I am going for a run in about an hour, so that will be my first test with the brace. 30 mins of running and about 5-7 mins walking, so we'll see how it does.
