Sunny chilly day with a chance of frost tonight, crazy weather...First gym workout in 2 weeks, hiatus due to respiratory bug and then a week of "workouts" working in my yard. Weight has stayed the same even with little to no tracking for awhile. My body will be happy working out again and it will feel good. Hopefully will be able to do a bit in my yard when I get home as because I have no rider for 2 weeks I will get to the gym much earlier.

I would lose it if we got a frost and it killed any of my flowers now... just ... lose .. it.

It is really upsetting when that happens, it would be quite a challenge to protect all of yours. Kept happening to me last year...we had snow in may and out average last frost is April 15...I haven't planted much yet. Am bringing in the ones I have purchased and have yet to plant. I have lots of perennials, they will be fine. Watering some, lots of rain around the area the past few days but most missed me. Hopefully they are wrong.

only made it through about 1/2 of my workout. still felt pretty good. will do more next time. pushed it through as far as I could.

1/2 is definitely much better than nothing! so that's still great! :)
