Goals:

Increase water intake

Eat raw fruits and vegetables

Reduce added sugars in diet - high fructose corn syrup is the devil

Get on the treadmill 5x week

Incorporate muscle building activities: lunges, leg lifts, weights etc

Look into the insanity work-out videos
