I guess I am my biggest challenge, I do really good when I am at work and then I get home and eat, eat, eat..not every night but that is only because I work a second job and Im not close to my fridge. I guess I eat due to being bord.
I am so impressed with all of you that can stick to a plan and make it work. I have not really lost any weight or gained any, Im just sort maintaing through the winter months...I hate the cold..the heat movtivates me. Not sure if this shows geographical locations but I live in Oklahoma and the weather here all of the sudden is HOT! 95 on Monday omg it was hot out there walking, but I was ok with that..I just cant seem to stick to a routine that is making me lose. I then I get depressed and just give up.
Do any of you get in a slump. I tell myself I need to do this for me and then I started to think about all the other ppl I want to impress. I guess I have issues, LOL...
I know I can do this because I did Weight Watchers and I lost 50lbs however that was about 6yrs ago and I have gained back 30lbs. So what do I do to stay on track and keep motivated. I cant do the WW again sorry, to me it was ALL about food, I would think about food 24/7, fix this do that count your points it was insane. Push push push, stay on track???
Hope everyone has a great day!! HAPPY HUMP DAY!!

Yes, we all get in slumps at some point. When you are trying to lose weight, it can be a little overwhelming at first, but tracking is one of the most important tools to help us lose weight. I'm on WW and don't mind counting points. It's just like calories. After a few weeks, I don't think so much about the food. It's routine. Whatever works though! Good luck!
