This morning I got up really late (awake at 7, only up at 8) and did: jessicasmithtv - 30 Minute Fat Burning Indoor Cardio Full Workout No Equipment Needed for All Levels
Felt good to move and get a sparkle on, but didn't really get my heart rate up. Movement none-the-less so I guess it's something. Will hopefully do something a bit more taxing on Friday morning.
Off for our 15 min outdoor walk and then some work.
