Man, my back is sore from top to bottom! Figured I'd try something a little different today. Back to deadlifts next week. I reckon I'll alternate, doing deads every other week and doing these other exercises on Fridays in between.
Also, I start my standing appointment with a massage therapist next week. Every other Friday from here out, I'll do my deadlifts, knock out my half day at work, then ring in the weekend with massage and CST session!
