Good Morning, FS Warriors! Although we got back in town Sunday night, I haven't had time to update my FS journal, food intake or exercise. I would probably lie anyway. I tried to upload pictures last night, but it got to late and I had to go to bed. Only got 5 1/2 hours before I had to get up and run as it was. I managed to maintain my running schedule while I was down there, only missing one planned day of running. It was brutal though. I don't think there is a flat spot in the city. The hills were steep and frequent, so they got you coming and going. I think I came back a little stronger and faster though, even if I did put on a couple pounds. I'm just about at the weight I was when I left, now, but it wasn't because I exercised any restraint. The only thing that saved me was that we were so busy in between meals that it didn't leave much time for snacking, though we did make up for that with the fabulous food they had there. The place was fantastic! More stage shows than I could count, lots of wonderful crafstmanship, great dining, and beautiful scenery. I'll post a few pics here and there as time permits. I missed all you guys, but I still got the email summaries. Well, I'll talk at you all later. Toodles!


I did mention that I did not exercise much restraint. I did compromise though; they were out of the 16 oz. T-bones, so I settled for the 24 oz. porterhouse. LOL!

One of the shows we saw. These guys were just called "Six" and they were terrific. No musical instruments; yet they sounded like a band with their own vocals to Oldies but Goodies.

I don't think you'd lie.. I just think you'd forget... I tried to look back and record but there were I'm sure things I missed. Love the rocker - you look like a little kid :-)

Felt like a little kid. Started thinking that I might make one of these. Would be a good fund raiser for people to pay to have their picture taken. Just thinking.
