Slept well especially with window open but still tired. Will take a little to re-coup from the pace of the last couple weeks. Back to the gym today looking forward to my workout. This old body definitely needs it.

Thanks both of you. Good workout. Yummy dinner morel mushrooms sautéed in butter and a salad with dandelion greens added.
