Good Friday, two birthdays celebrations, and Easter all crammed into one weekend. That was my sad story of eating this weekend. If you're going to blow it, might as well do it well, get it out of the system and start fresh again. That's what I intend to do beginning today. The weekend was great in one way, but all things food, lousy for the waist and hips. Those carbs.....isn't there a saying that calories eaten at Easter don't count? So anyway...here we go again. I probably won't be recording my weight for awhile...who wants to record a gain. Alas...I empathize with Rob C and Draglist.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Does a fast day make sense?

Flush with water, breath, and carry on. It only makes sense if you aren't hungry. If you do it to deprive yourself over the celebrations that included food you could create a cycle that's hard to stop.

Good advice. Will try. So far, not that successful today due an abundance of leftovers and peoples generous treats from the weekend. There are no FS challenges either that grab my attention, other than the one involving staying below 50 g of carbs, which is too low for my liking. Maybe I'll do my own personal challenge and try to keep my carbs below 60 or 65 g. I'm not particularly hungry but have a hard time passing up on the good stuff (carbs) when it's handed to you on a silver platter.
