any suggestions to reduce bloating? My weight fluctuates because of bloating. I see it in my stomach too & I find thats what alters the look of my body. Ive tried to workout also and it doesnt seem to go away. Not sure if its just my uterus lol. I know women have that pouch but it was never this noticeable

I find certain foods make it much worse. For me it’s starches. Potatoes and rice really bloat me for a couple of days.

all ive been drinking is water, milk & OJ. i havent had any juice or pop in over a month but no i dont drink excessive amounts. mostly during meals. & i cant really tell what makes me bloated. i eat diff things everyday & it seems to remain

Are you under stress? Maybe you have irritable bowel syndrome. It's very common mainly due to life style, diet, and stress. Put attention to what your body likes or dislike and act accordingly. You could always go see your doctor. He or She might have a better explanation.

I know for me the FODMAPs caused my bloating and abdominal pain for years. I worked with a dietician to eliminate them and discover which of these 5 types of food sensitivities I need to limit or avoid, now almost never flares up :)

I find green tea really helps and lemon water in the morning!
