-34C with the wind right now; I'm very, very tired of winter. I had an excellent session on the bike and an extra good session with the weights last night. I will mirror last night's session tonight as I won't be able to tomorrow night (giving blood and they don't want you working out afterwards). I'm also stopping off at the salon on my way home to get my hair cut; and will colour tomorrow night.

I must lose the extra couple of pounds I picked up over the last month. Erg.
