Ok so I feel off the wagon on the weekend but I'm going to get right back on it! My hubby is leaving for school again next weekend and I have so much I want to do. I really feel like I need to be doing more come on energy! Back to my Pilates tonight that should help.

It's tough with 3 small kids and a hubby away. It's easy to neglect yourself while looking after everyone else. So, remember to make sure to take care of yourself too. You can do it.
