Watching what I'm eating is great and I have found that what I plan on eating doesn't always get eaten so I have to remember to take it back out! Its nice to know that I'm staying on track and actually exceeding my own expectations. And I plan on doing some Pilates on my Aero machine tonight! Feeling good and very productive:)

I find combining exercise with watching food intake works best for me, although sometimes I find it hard to do the exercise part. The support from buddies and others on this site helps a lot. In the past, I haven't allowed myself to take advantage of this, but this time round, I've really felt supported by sharing online with others. Good luck in this process.

I agree it its good to have support in the weight loss process. Like most people if not all it is good to hear that you ARE making progress even when you feel as though your results aren't all that you had hoped for. The best things in life are often hard work and earned but well worth it. Good luck to you too, as we all know its not really easy to make bad habits into good ones.
