Eating fruit this AM...orange, pear, but light headed and dizzy somewhat. Decided to get some protein since it's obviously not a sugar thing.
It can be frustrating to be at work trying to function and have your equilibrium all messed up. There's also a virus going around that hits you fast like a cold and sore swollen throat and I had it Sunday AM but snapped out of it. Now I'm wondering if I've just fought it off for a while. Being dizzy seems to one of the symptoms.
