Had a 30-minute session with a personal trainer at the Y. It is helpful to keep this appointment twice a month. So far he has me doing steps and balance, lunges, squats, and -- my least favorite thing -- planks. It's surprising how exhausting such a simple thing can be. To keep going, I try to imagine that if I give up, I'll fall into a canyon.

Watched DWTS at Mom's house tonight. One contestant is dancing on artificial legs because she lost hers due to a bacterial infection. What an inspiring athlete.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

i hate planks too, but the canyon thing is a good motivator, i think i'll keep up a little longer next time, tx.
