This weekend, no bars, and less veggies.. instead of 12-15, had about 8-10, just busy weekend... today I will drink a lot more water, was too little yesterday . Happy to see the scale go down a little more, wohoo, maybe I am really into the 60;s.
122.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
