Looks like a sparkly Christmas tree ornament or a cookie full of pretty sprinkles. I love it, and I’d eat either or both. 🤗

Thx sherman😊 Not really a recipe for this, but if you scroll back a couple of days, you see the ingredients listed.
Couple of keys: (1) homemade halibut stock/fumet (2) cook potatoes in stock, reserve some and puree to thicken; add cream at this point (3) saute/sweat bacon, other veggie in separate pan add near end (4) at very end, add veggie, more herbs, adjust seasoning AND take chowder off heat. Add 1-2 inch cubes of fish to chowder, cover and steep/poach for 10-12min or until down. You may have to flip fish chunks to ensure cook. (5) And finally, the small dice pineapple was the kicker.
